P F Chang’s Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

If you are looking to eat Chinese food in a clean and modern looking atmosphere, come to PF Chang's - otherwise, stick with Panda Express. Your appetite and wallet will thank you later. PF Chang's is a nice place to go if you want to enjoy some chicken and broccoli with wine or in a lounge environment. Most of their entrees are priced at $13 - $18 and the portions don't match up. The taste and options are definitely fine. The Chang's Spicy Chicken is like a marriage between General Tso's and Orange Chicken. The wait staff is also very friendly. However, as a Chinese eater, I just cannot justify spending $25 a person on pepper steak and orange chicken. I think PF Chang's succeeds at providing fine Chinese dining - however, Chinese food should not be this expensive.

I have been to PF Chang's on other occasions. This was one of the newer PF Chang's just recently finished. Everyone likes a new place right? I know some people who love it or hate it. I am more of the traditional Chinese/Asian food guy. Some people swear by this restaurant. However, PF Changs is good as a chain restaurant. Their food is representative of PF Chang's. It is good food but if you are looking for authentic Chinese or the Chinese that most of us are use to than you will be surprised. I always say keep an open mind. The ambiance is nice. Dimly lit with a nice flair on the wall design. Nice place to probably take a date, friends or even family. I had the Spicy fish because I heard a lot about it and wanted to try something different. One thing I am is open and like to at least try something different. I am not stuck on a certain plate as some family and friends I know. I am always like, wow, you are getting that again? Creatures of habit. :) Back to the fish. The Spicy fish was different. It had a nice spice to it and a fishy flavor. I don;t say fishy as a negative necessarily but it was not a mild fish. Some like fishy tastes, I do not prefer a strong fishy tasting fish. Would I recommend trying it? Yes. Some people love it but I would not get it again. The lettuce wraps are AWESOME. You definitely have to try them. it is a tasty appetizer. Some of the best. I have had the orange chicken and spicy chicken and those were great. I would recommend checking out the restaurant. I am sure I will visit again one of these days.

Finally made it in to eat so I figured I'd add a few more deets based on that. Firstly, it was art fair week and downtown was congested as all get out. What's a couple that want to get out of the house but don't want to deal with the massive crowds to do? Go to the mall! Yes there are also lots of people there but there is ample parking, air conditioning, and it's relatively close to the RAVE movie theatre (where we were headed next). Plus I had a jones for some mongolian beef so we decided to do it up. I had remembered they have the reservation option and managed to make one, on their website from my phone, for just 45 minutes into the future. That's pretty solid. And relatively on the fly. And so, with reservation in hand even, we managed to get seated right away when arrived. Even though the joint was jumpin. Also solid. Since we were eating there we were able to take advantage of the "PF Changs For Two" option which was an appetizer, two soups, two entrees and dessert for $40. It was a ton of food for the price but you can only get it when you dine in. We ordered the spring rolls, egg drop soups, honey chicken and mongolian beef, and a couple of the dessert wontons. We were stuffed and happily rubbing our bellies by the end. Service is great and our waiter was helpful but unobtrusive. Seriously he was on stealth mode. I would just look down and a refill on my iced tea would have magically appeared. Great for take out or dine in. Take advantage of the reservation system or online ordering and you won't have to wait at all, no matter what your preferred method of consumption is.

I wouldn't recommend this place or come back again. The food taste ok, and the dining environment is nice. Other than that, nothing match the price they charge. We waited a good 5 mins for our waitress to show up to even greet us which we had enough time to go through the whole menu. And she brought wrong food out, offer to give us another one but it comes out with a nasty bowl. We had appetizer with no share plates to eat on. We had to use the plate under the soup bowl. There's no water refilled. Check come right when the dessert was served. Overall pretty awful service. Food is ok. A little bit too saucy. Losing the quality compare to before when we were there. And they have changed the menu that lose a lot of good items before. In conclusion, if you are willing to spend extra money for the atmosphere, it's a good place. Otherwise, neither food or service is good.

Visited on Easter Sunday - someplace different. With a group of 7 persons, it was possible to taste a little bit of many items and all were wonderful. We had reservations for our group and were seated immediately. Beverage orders taken and a delightful dinner experience followed. Appetizers: I was able to try the pork dumplings, slightly pan fried - nice flavor and presentation. Also, the crispy green beans with the dipping sauce. They were very nice and even Mr. Meatasaurus liked them. I thought they were better with the sweet and sour sauce from a different appetizer. My main entree was Lobster Fried Rice with mushrooms and edamame which was very good. The lobster was tempura battered and very light and tasty, with a nice seasoning in the rice. It's a little spicy, but nothing that this Gringa couldn't handle. Mr. Meatasauras chose the Mongolian Beef, which was wonderful over brown rice. Service was friendly, quick and no hint of "It's a holiday (Easter) and I am stuck at work" - which is very much appreciated. P.F. Chang's is worth a visit.

I loved this place! I went with my husband for the first time. We ordered the 2 person meal. Everything was delicious. The shrimp appetizer and the wonton dessert are amazing. I will definitely return. So good and different than regular Chinese food.

Went for lunch with the hubs. Service was great. Food was great. Have a great patio area that we sat in. It's chain restaurant, Chinese cuisine. Don't go in expecting something else.

Although I generally try to avoid chains, I've always liked Chang's food as well as their clean, uncluttered and understated ambience. My wife and I decided to give the newly opened Briarwood location a try on a wintery Saturday afternoon. Even at what is generally a relatively slow period at 2:30 pm mid afternoon, P. F.'s had a 30 minute wait for a table. We opted to sit at the busy bar and were able to grab the last two adjoining open seats without a wait. This is where the biggest disappointment of our visit came with an unbelievable 15-20 minute delay in my wife getting the cup of hot tea she ordered. Service at the bar throughout our meal was spotty at best with our server being clearly frazzled never trying to hide her attitude. Our food on the other hand was awesome! Starting with Chang's chicken lettuce wrap appetizer, which was fabulous, we continued with the won ton soup and their signature dish of Spicy Chicken with brown rice...fantastic! My 3-star rating is simple...food was a 5...ambience was a 4...unfortunately service was a 1. Never once did I see a manager walk through the bar. I'd strongly recommend that the restaurant's managers get out on the restaurant floor, get engaged and observe the quality of their service.

Came here for lunch once and happy hour. This is what I came up with: Service: 5/5 - We were greeted on the way in and out! Our server was great! She was very attentive, friendly and efficient. Food: 3/5 - Well, I knew it's not authentic Chinese cuisine - but the food is ok for what it is. Overpriced - but you are paying for the experience and "brand". Decor/Ambience: 4/5 - It is clean. It has a "designer" look and it is modern with a slight touch of industrial look. Slightly pretentious, but I like it! Haha :P Overall Experience: It's great. Great value when you come during happy hour. When I do come, I come for the drinks, experience and service. Please don't expect this place to have authentic Chinese food.

I was so excited when I heard Ann Arbor was going to get a P.F. Chang's. Yes, I know. It's a chain (much to the people of Ann Arbor's dismay), but during my visit it proved to be a really good chain. Other than two other sit down restaurants, the Briarwood Mall didn't have much to offer for food options. I came at about 5-ish on a Thursday. The place was already beginning to get packed, but I was able to find a seat at the bar... They have various "happy hour offerings" and I ordered a side of their crab ragoon and a cocktail. I can't recall the name of the cocktail, but it was delicious. It had bourbon, orange juice and honey... The crab was equally delicious. Hot and very filling and I enjoyed the sauce it was served with. For my main course, I ordered the kung pao chicken. There was plenty of fresh, lightly fried chicken served in a delicious slightly sweet and spicy sauce. I really liked the bean sprouts that were served with the chicken. My only complaint was I had been served with a tad bit more sauce, it left the rice a little dry. I will give the bartender credit, when I asked what to order he recommended that dish, but did forewarn the sauce was on the thicker side. But over all, not bad! I enjoyed my meal and had plenty for leftovers! The restaurant offers plenty of options (meat, seafood, vegetarian, etc). And has a lot of appetizers, entrees, soups, and desserts! Plus a full bar, to boot! The interior of the restaurant is beautiful. It's worth a visit!

The new PF Changs at Briarwood has brought a bit of poshy nightlife to the dangerously drab Briarwood Mall. We decided to brave the restaurant for an early dinner on a Saturday. After a little bit of a wait, we were in. I know this place is new and they are always booked, but they do take walk-ins if you are willing to wait. Call ahead if you need to be a walk-in and they might put you on the list. My husband is not a fan of PF Chang's from our visit in Chicago, but he was humoring me. I started with a Moscow Mule. It was perfect - just the right amount of spicy and sweet. I had to have two. Appetizers - Lettuce wraps. You can't go wrong with lettuce wraps. They are even amazing leftover. For entrees - Chicken fried rice, stir-fried spicy eggplant, Oolong Sea Bass and Honey Chicken. Everything was outstanding. I was most impressed with the flavor of the Sea Bass on warmed spinach. Perfectly cooked, large portion with a crispy texture that didn't detract from the fish's delicate buttery flavor, and worth every penny of the $24.95 price point for the dish. For that quality, it cannot be any less. The eggplant was a nice compliment to the dish. What made this visit exceptional was the service. The restaurant was packed and I could tell Rita had tables all over, not just in one section, but we never wanted for anything, even a drink refill. Two well-dressed managers were at the ready and watching the floor like hawks - available to their staff at all times. The bar was packed with patrons and waitstaff. All was well orchestrated, down to the bussers - who too were friendly and attentive. I will drag my husband back here, or try to find some girlfriends that want to have an evening of cocktails and appetizers at the bar.

Finally made it there. We went for a Happy Hour meal and were not disappointed. We advised that the best deal was the meal for two. For about $40, you get two cups of soup, one appetizer, two entrees and two dessert Won tons. I was afraid that the portions would be much less than what we were used to at other Chinese restaurants, which would be OK. They were less, but only slightly so. We still got to take home 1/2 of our entrees. My Egg Drop Soup, spring rolls, Ginger Chicken were all very good. The Won Ton was OK, but I could have done without it. The next time, we will pick from their discounted appetizer menu. The adult beverages and appetizers are grouped according to price. Prices are not too bad, though I've seen better. There should be more offerings, but there was still a nice list from which to choose. Service was great. Kaitlyn took wonderful care of us, even nicely boxing up our leftovers. The restaurant itself was nice, with muted tones and Ancient Chinese decorations. We will be back

PF Chang's is PF Chang's, this location is not different from the others if you're concerned at all about consistency. The dishes I'd recommend are the Mongolian Beef, Chang's Spicy Chicken (which isn't that spicy), Sweet & Sour Chicken and Shrimp Lo Mein. If you're looking for appetizers, the Chicken Lettuce Wraps are OK, but the Vegetable Spring Rolls are far more complex on the palate. After all, it's pretty obvious Chicken Lettuce Wraps are just chicken scraps from other entrees that they finely dice up. Some odd textures when chewing confirm that :) This place just opened and I'm giving it a break for it's growing pains. You could sense the kitchen was overwhelmed and while at the bar we noticed the delay in table turnover time, in some cases 10 minutes before a cleared and cleaned table was sat. My waiter was the most awkward person I've ever met! He would walk up to us, and just kind of silently stare at the table. He tried clearing an appetizer we were still working on, and I said "I think we're still picking off this" to which he responded by throwing his hands up like I had a gun on him and saying "whoa whoa ok!" Hopefully as he joins the sea of jaded waitstaff across America he will get the hang of it. It's far from authentic asian cuisine, but it never claims to be. It's got a great americanized asian flavor that makes it a safe place to take a diverse group. Expect about $25-30 per person, with most entrees in the $15 range. A bit overpriced - after all, authentic asian food is closer to $10-12 with better flavor - but you're probably not coming here for the value or taste alone.

Wonderful new addition to Ann Arbor. All of the staff were wonderful but our waiter Ray was extraordinary! He knew everything on the menu and was very impressive. We had a fantastic lunch with great service! I have never had a bad meal at PF Changs but the Changs chicken (sweet and sour basically) was phenomenal. Great food, great portion/price, great service. Highly recommend.

Went to PF Chang's for lunch. It was $17 for lunch, which would have been fine if the food was good but the almond chicken that I got had a really salty sauce on it. In the end my $17 lunch turned out to be a $17 laxative...

Food and service very nice. Time to get food was slow. Considering they are only a week or so out of opening, I expect they will smooth out those bumps

The meals we ordered were very tasty. The service was very poor. Our waitress seldom even checked to see if we needed refills, and if she did, she would walk away before the rest of the table could ask for another beverage. See just did not seem to care. The food was delicious though.

Headline: The food is good *IF* you can get in. Hang on kids, this is going to be a bumpy review... (in the voice of Sophia of the Golden Girls) Picture it, Ann Arbor, 2015, PF Changs opens with much anticipation. Only thing is, you can't get in to eat. Even when they're empty, even when it's 11:50am and no one is there except the servers standing around watching empty seats. (end Sophia's voice) THE FOOD We did manage to get in there the first week they opened and the food is really good. I had the lunch honey shrimp that comes with brown rice and it also comes with your choice of soup. I have to say that their egg drop soup left me wanting to go back just for - egg drop soup. I hope to be let back in to PF Changs so I can try some more food to comment some more. THE SERVICE Our waitress was excellent, so I have no complaints with her. The hostess who seated us was lackluuster about her job, but very young so whatever. I guess I didn't care much. Problem though was when we entered into the door to the restaurant the cashier/reservationist girl didn't even say "hello" or acknowledge us so we stood there to be acknowledged, the only ones standing there at the time. A minute later some other ladies walk in and walk right in front of us to "that girl" and I guess they had a reservation or something since they were told they would be seated in a moment. Anyway...mixed service results as you can tell. ATMOSPHERE Ok, PF Changs is apparently where business meetings are happening. If you're a snotty Ann Arborite (don't worry, I insult you because I was once one of you- and you are, snotty- make no mistake. LOL) you will love having business meetings here. It's where everyone is meeting on lunch, where the hot young associates want to be seen and chat up their colleagues. It's the place where you take clients and feel like you've walked into some L.A. hotspot without the L.A. prices. Overall, it's a nice, modern place with a lot of buzz and a lot of money being thrown around inside daily. Take your sales clients there and impress (I guess). PROBLEMS PF Changs has a problem in that they seem to have mistaken their M's. M's you say? Yes, M's. They forgot they are in the Midwest, in Michigan and somehow (I don't now how) they think they are a Manhattan eatery. The faux pretension with the 'do you have a reservation' attitude at 11:50am is silly. We went for the second time at that time of day and were told: "There is a 45-minute wait." AT 11:50am WITH NO ONE IN THE RESTAURANT!!! PF Changs- get over yourselves. News flash- you are at the MALL. Hello. Really? We went to Bravo that day to eat where we were seated right away. CONCLUSION Food is good. Try it out. It's not earth shattering or anything, I mean, this is a chain so don't expect astonishment. You will, however, feel like you walked into a comfy, yet modern establishment not seen in Ann Arbor. Make a reservation. Might have to be a week in advance, we're not sure. We just don't know how many reservations are being made for lunch when they open at 11:00am, but call ahead to be sure to get in at 11:50am. LOL Good luck.

I recently went to dinner here and I am very impressed with how well the food is prepared and how engaged the employees are with their guests. I can not stop talking about the Ahi Tuna Appetizer and the Lettuce Wraps - They are delicious and one of a kind! I recommend PF Chang's if you are looking for a high quality, healthy dinner with great customer service or a light afternoon meal you will not forget!

Aside from the rubbery and tasteless calamari, the food was good. I've been to P.F. Chang's several times (Livonia) but have never experienced such rude service as I did Sunday night (Easter). The hostess was pleasant and seated our group of 8 after a very short wait. Our waitress (since she never announced her name) was very rude and overly casual (calling us sweetheart, etc.). No sort of polite greeting was given. She instead complained about having a table of 8 and told us we could either sit where we were or sit at the bar where she was. We all quietly looked at each other because none of us have ever experienced such an attitude before. We calmly noted our preference to stay seated where we were. Drink orders taken I ordered a vodka martini up with olives. She again, rudely demanded to see my ID. I initially tried to show it to her through the plastic on my wallet since I was having trouble taking it out. That wasn't sufficient for her - she would not even look at it. So I had to take some time to get it out. When my friend later ordered a drink during the meal, she experienced the same rudeness. We ordered appetizers which came out nice and hot. Green beans and salt and pepper calamari - calamari was rubbery and tasteless but we did not want to complain. Green beans were good. Orders taken - While waiting on our food to come out, I noticed that all of the other tables had their candles lit. Super small thing, but it just adds to the ambience. Unfortunately, we joked that there was no way we could ask our waitress to light our candles or she may burn the whole restaurant down. The whole time it just felt like we were walking on eggshells with her. One guest and friend specifically did not want onions with his meal (allergy). He again stated this when the food came out when she asked who had what. Of course, she gave him the meal with onions. He had to give it right back to her. This is extremely dangerous. I actually phoned the corporate office with my complaints, which were taken down. I was told that they would follow-up with me the next day, if not later that same day. Well, fast forward to a week later, and absolutely no follow-up. I will never visit another P.F. Changs again. This one experience and the lack of follow-up with the Corporate office left me sour. There are PLENTY of other places to dine at that value their customers.

I have never had a bad experience here. I would go to the one on Livonia before this one opened and that one had a few issues. I love this restaurant. The best dishes (in my opinion) are the ones with shrimp. Best appetizer is the dynamite shrimp and best dish is the honey walnuts shrimp. So good!

PF Chang's has always been a family favorite and we could not be more excited that there is now one in A2. Everything at our table was inspired, tasty food-from the Mongolian Beef, to the Chang's Spicy Chicken, to the Banana Spring Rolls for dessert (possibly the highlight of the meal). Service was prompt and friendly. Beautiful restaurant interior with a great atmosphere...I will certainly be returning, that is if the mounds of sodium in this food don't kill me first. It is definitely "Americanized Chinese Food," but I think that is to be assumed. Solid choice if you're craving a taste from the Far East.

It had been a while since I had been to a PF Chang's and had poor impressions from my memory. However, after eating at this location, I can now say I like PF Chang's. It had very polite servers and was very well-staffed. The menu was diverse with a lot of classic Chinese-American dishes, and some unique ones. We all loved our food. The portion sizes were adequate and seemed to be decent quality ingredients. From my previous experiences, I had thought of PF Chang's as overpriced, cheap Chinese food, but not anymore. I reserve my 5 star reviews for restaurants that really wow me, and I can't say I was wowed here. However, I was very satisfied. It is a little on the expensive side, but seeing as there are no other up-scale Chinese places in the area, I definitely recommend checking it out.

So - we were pretty daring going to an Asian Fusion with some people with bad allergies - especially when one cannot have any nuts, legumes or sesame! Was so impressed with how they handled us - my son was asked about his allergies and they actually printed out a special menu customized for him - and the server was careful to note all issues. Thanks for taking such great care - we will be back for that reason alone. Food - many other reviews cover this well - it is a chain and there is good and bad but overall we enjoyed the meal. Favorite were the lettuce wraps and fried rice. Service was fast and very friendly.

This was a terrible lunch dining experience! The food took forever to come, the waiting staff was awful, and they forgot about our spring rolls, but still charged us for them. Never go to this location!

We have eaten at this restaurant twice and had wonderful service and delicious food both times. My family is lucky that our work schedules allow us to arrive right before the dinner rush, so we rarely wait in line. (Sorry, everyone!) Our recent visit was on Easter Sunday, a party of seven (including Liz T.) and we had made reservations. We arrived early, yet were seated immediately. Our waitress was delightful. This group of family and friends often share "family style" even when it's not served that way, so I got to taste lots of different dishes. Unfortunately for me in general, I need to modify most dishes to "mild", which was easily done. I'm 97% vegan and have several great dishes to chose from before asking for any modifications. (Being 3% non-vegan "allows" me to try a taste of the other dishes served, and maybe ask for a vegan variation during the next trip. Mongolian tofu, maybe?

Very disappointed with this location. I ordered a lunch item and was offered a soup to come with it. I ordered wonton soup which seemed like a safe option. When it arrived at the table I had a couple of spoonfuls of the broth when my boyfriend stopped me because he noticed shrimp in the soup which I am extremely allergic to. We told our server and were very surprised when we never had a manager follow up. I served at restaurants and was always told to let folks know when common allergens were in foods. I was also trained to let management know immediately if someone had a potential reaction so they could follow up. None of this happened. The server just told me that she was glad I "was feeling better". Well, I think the words you're looking for are, "glad we didn't kill you". We finally asked for a manager out right and when he arrived he proceeded to chastise me for not announcing my allergy at the onset of the meal. I shouldn't have to state my medical history every time I sit down to a meal. I've lived with the allergy long enough to choose my items carefully and never would have expected shellfish in wonton soup. Bottom line, the server should have said something and the management should have checked in. We won't be back.

I went to PF Changs within a few weeks after their opening. To be honest the food was good and our waiter was a nice guy. I left a HAPPY customer. It wasn't until I called back regarding a lost cell phone that made this review a 1 star. The woman on the phone was so rude to me that it was almost funny. I have never been treated so poorly by a person in customer service as I was on that phone call. I'd like to point out that I was not an irate customer. I was calm and kind and definitely did not warrant her almost mean attitude. Totally turned me off from ever returning.

First & last time to this place. Over priced food that is not worth it. Too many hard working family run Chinese food in this area to ever consider this place again. I fed a staff of 12 at work dinner for what it cost me for five people here AT LUNCH. Food was not mind blowing Chinese like A2 long time favorite Middle Kingdom and service is what you would expect at the mall.

Small portions, inefficient front office, noisy ambience, ridiculously long wait times when more than half the seats are empty. Decent food and service though. But there are far cheaper and better joints for Chinese food in Ann Arbor. Chia Shiang anyone?

My friend and I had never been to a P.F. Chang's before, so we decided to try it last night. We were both impressed. The food was delicious. We shared the chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer. They were so good- the sauce that comes with them is perfect. A nice touch of heat. I ordered a cup on the wonton soup and was impressed. Two wontons, along with mushroom, shrimp, and chicken. It was delicious and not just broth. For entrees, I ordered the mongolian beef and my friend had chicken pad thai. I really liked the flavor of the beef, but was overwhelmed by the scallion to beef ratio. My friend really enjoyed her pad thai. The order was HUGE. We both took home left-overs. It was a bit pricey. P.F. Chang's isn't somewhere I'll frequent. I prefer downtown for an $80 meal, but it was good. The only negative was the service. Our server seemed a little spacey. Given that the restaurant just recently opened, I'll cut them some slack. Side note: we went on a Tuesday night and it was packed, with a wait. I recommend making reservations through their website.

My wife and I stopped by today to try out the new P.F. Chang's. The wait staff and greeters were all more than pleasant and very attentive. The food, on the other hand, was very blah, and didn't really offer anything special, considering the price. My wife got the gluten free beef and broccoli, and I got the Chang's Spicy Chicken. Both were lunch portions. The beef was in a very salty sauce, and was very hard to eat without dabbing the sauce off on the rice. The Spicy Chicken reminded me of Panda Express orange chicken. The white rice that came with my meal was a very dry. The food wasn't terrible, but it doesn't warrant another visit. The only appeal to the place is that it's very nice inside. I could see wanting to go here with a large group of people. If I'm getting food for myself, or with a few others, there are much more convenient and less expensive options. You can get a similar chicken dish at Panda Express, double the portion with better rice, for about a dollar less than the Chang's Spicy Chicken. TL;DR: It's ok. For me, not worth the price. Stick to your local hole in the wall Chinese place, unless you're going with a huge group of people.

I've given this place several chances but unfortunately this last time was the last straw. The food is mediocre and the portions are very small. I refuse to spend $15 for a cup of white rice with a few pieces of chicken thrown in.... Not to mention the servce is pretty bad as well.

The restaurant is poshy and great for business lunches or when you want to impress someone. - 5 stars for that. Food - 3 stars I had the Hot & Sour soup, chicken lettuce wraps, and Beef a la Sichuan. It was all too salty and there was no way I could ask them to not add salt as everything is already prepared ahead. I also didn't think the food was that much better compared to the local mom & pop Chinese restaurants. It's just that when you are in a posh restaurant, you think everything tastes so much better. Service - we had no problem getting a table at 12 noon on a week day. Waiters were very attentive. Overall, a nice addition to Ann Arbor.

Nice atmosphere, the service was quick and the staff was attentive. Food was great, from scallops to shrimp to beef, everyone at my table was satisfied with their entree. Will return for sure.
